Help Resolving OBMM Conflicts

Ok so I just installed 50+ mods and my game is running! However....

I surprisingly got a red icon on 2 omod installs that I did not expect to. -First is Qarl's TP III, I tried a conflict report by its like 10 pages long and I can't make heas or tails of what its telling me.

The other is DarNified UI, here is the report:

[DarNified UI 1.3.2.omod] (major conflict)

Data file menus\main\quickkeys_menu.xml already exists

- CRC mismatch. The new file is different from the old.

- Data file owned by enhanced hotkeys.omod

Data file menus\dialog\enchantmentsetting_menu.xml already exists

- CRC mismatch. The new file is different from the old.

- Data file owned by supreme magicka.omod

Looks like 2 conflicts but I have no idea what the actually means or what the implications are!

Any suggestions on how to resolve conflicts like this is appreciated.

Oh yeah, fun with red text!

So ya, over the last few days I installed like 100+ mods. Because I didn't know what I was doing ( or rather, because I was too damn stubborn to read readme files and follow directions! ) I've had to reinstall the game about 6 times. Fun story, yes?

Anyways, here are some things I've learned about mod conflicts.

#1 download BOSS. This will put your mods in the correct load order.

#2 download Wrye Bash. It does this thing called "Bash Patching", which appears to resolve conflicts between mods that do a lot of the same thing.

#3 download TES4Edit. This program will allow you to do something called "Cleaning", which deletes various bad references in mods that cause them to screw up other mods. This can be done Automatically, or Manually (manually allows you to get rid of more conflicts, but if you don't know what you're doing you might delete something important! )

#4 download MTES4. This allows you to easily create another copy of oblivion, so in case you screw up and make a copy unplayable, you have a working backup to go back to.

All programs made by modders. Isn't the Oblivion modding community just.... just amazing?
