It is the same color as whatever the outline on the object i focus on is supposed to be. It is making it impossible to make houses or use V.A.T.S. My PC:16 GB Ram694 GB free data64-bit OS x64 based processorWindows 8.1Intel® Core i7-4970 CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz SCREENSHOT-----------> Help me. Please. Helped a bit, made the static brighten where the outline was supposed to, which makes it easier to do the things this bug ruined before.Static still there thoughNo, That FIXED IT! THANK YOU!!!!!
