Remove Floating Giblets

Hey Modders, I'm all for blood, guts and gore but I have one minor inconvenience.

 

Shortly after a combat sequence or little encounter, I'll see something like this:

I'm asking for either a way to remove giblets after a short while, but if that is not possible,

then just remove them instead :D
