New Textures Aren't Loading

I had another question :D If you install mods manually and through NMM launching from NMM picks all of them up or just those that are loaded in NMM??

I had a similar problem. Textures not loading. Then i realized that NMM is installing the folders, but not the files. Folders are empty.

If i drag the files from the .rar to the right folders the mods work fine.

 

Don't know what i'm missing here....

 

Edit:

 

I have a vault suit texture mod manually installed. If i tell NMM to install the same mod it deletes the textures inside the folder instead of overwriting it.

Likewise, using the NMM on texture mods (that indicate they can be installed using NMM), the directory structure is created but the files themselves aren't. Manually adding them makes them work. It seems like a fault on the NMM since this is happening from different authors. The texture mods i've tried are:

 

Enhanced Blood Textures

Improved Map with Visible Roads

Man Fur

I had this same problem, what I did was change both the ini files in my documents to what they were supposed to be, and then went into my game folder under steam and changed those ini files as well to be identical to the ones in the my documents folder, booted up my game and all the texture mods worked. Hopefully this helps!
