I want to add some stats to the "Submariner Uniform" the one that Captain Zao wears ( the ghoul in the sub), I love the way it looks but you cant equip armor over it and it only has 5 radiation protection. I want to add a bit more protection to it because of that. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. You can see the armor in the attachment.
