Phaze91 Posted November 14, 2015 Share Posted November 14, 2015 An issue I have run into constantly when building up settlement is specific angles and places I can put walls,fences, etc. I am trying to build a wall for protection, but its quite difficult because the game doesn't allow me to place it unless its perfectly aligned and doesn't clip anything, meaning one item touches or passes through another. KarnBishop Posted November 14, 2015 Share Posted November 14, 2015 I know its not a 100% solution but if you use cement foundations they can pass though any terrain and be placed at any height by holding the E key down and scrolling, I used this to start work on a massive stone wall surrounding sanctuary. This allows you to pick up the rug and move it into place since the collision is now based on the rug. This comes from the thread The Castle Rebuilt on Reddit.
