Crash on start-up after installing Fallout Character Overhaul.

Hi people. Need help, Game crashes on startup after I've installed Fallout Character Overhaul. I am using Nexus Mod Manager for mod Intallation. I have all of the required mods Installed. I have an enplczru (russian, specifically) version of the game. I have 4gb patch installed. Game runs fine without this mod. Here is my load order:
