For example I put all my junk in Sanctuary it should then allow me to use the resources I have in sanctuary to build things in red rocket. So I dont have to carry around junks. Perhaps it could simply be if you have the local leader perk all workstations are automatically linked (or a version that just links them no matter what if some people want that). I need this mostly because there are some settlements and workstations areas where I have no people (Red Rocket, my house in Diamond City) because I want it quiet and don't have a way to link them to the rest even with the perk.
