You're wandering the wastes, cleansing the land of raiders, when you find a little dart-thingy on a dead body. you pick it up and examine it. its too big for your dart gun, but too small to be used effectively as a thrown weapon. an idea pops into your head. a stupid, risky idea. 'i'll load this into a shotgun shell, and shoot it at an enemy.'
