Is there a mod that lets you respec S.P.E.C.I.A.L.?

Hey everyone, first off, I did look around but couldn't find anything for this.
I am wondering if anyone knows a mod for Fallout 4 that lets you respec your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats. Playing the game the tree is completely different than what I expected and rather than invest in strength I'd put it in say agility, and I really don't want to restart my game.

Does anyone know of a mod that does this or can someone make one, please and thanks?

This can be done with console commands (assuming you are on PC).
