Modding noob

Hi All,

 

I am mainly a console gamer (2600, SNES, XBOX, PS1, XBOX 360, PS2, PS3 and PS4 (No XBone). I had a PC and was an active WoW player for a little bit too long and unhealthily (you MMO vets know what I'm talking about).

 

I recently built a PC to play Elite Dangerous, which hasn't really happened as I cant get my head round the controls (not made it through the training missions). Those canisters are hard to hit..... :/ even with a HOTAS.

 

Anyhoo, I bought FO4 on PC as I wanted to realise the visual and performance potential over consoles and and can't wait to get started on that, I'm in Canada for work at the moment so away from my main machine.

 

Last night I downloaded the Long War mod for XCOM onto my laptop (I have finished the game a few times now) and just opened it up, wow! I don't even know which country to pick for the starting bonus, so many delicious choices..... :) I will have to get the Fem Shep commander pack too.

 

I am beginning to understand the of the reasons why PC gamers are called the "master race."
