FPS drop in some lcations

Hi guys,

So i'm having some really big fps drop in some locations, i have 28-30 fps if i outside in commonwealth but if i enter example vault 111, vault 75, super duper mart or coverage assembly plant (in small houses i did not experience) my fps is droped to 14 fps i think from the light sources but maybe i'm wrong.

Any ideas or something what can i do?
