I Would Like To Make A Radio Station Mod

I would like to know if it is possible. And how I would go about trying to achieve it. I wanted to make a cool apocalyptic radio station with myself as the dj in between songs. But I do not know how to put this into the game.

There are already several mods that are new radio stations. First rule is do NOT upload any copyrighted music unless you have permission from the copyright owner. A lot of sites have copyrighted music and many people seem to think if someone else does it they can too. But Nexus could be sued by the copyright owners for allowing it. If you don't know ALL modem music you hear is copyrighted. Very few musicians own the copyright to their own music ( they sell it to big companies) And none of the big companies will allow use without paying them. A few independent artists that still have the copyright will allow with credit given, but again very few. Some old music is in the public domain, but again, not all - Please check to see before uploading to avoid being banned.

I understand. Thanks for the info. But I do not know how I would go about making a mod and where to put it.
