Need some help with Scripting and sum other stuff

im looking for a modder that is good with scripting Quests and NPC's and someother stuff like placing NPC on locations.

I am a modder myself but i know the basics and some more in CS (Construction Set).

 

I have a great idéa for a Quest and i really want that Quest in the game but im not good enought to make the mod. So if u want credit for a mod and have the time please contact me :happy:
