Having armor (chest, arms, legs) equipped and gaining its effects while not displaying it on your character? Preferably it should be isolated to your own character, so enemies wearing the same armor still have it showing. What tools are currently used for making mods? I don't mind experimenting and trying to make this myself, but when searching around all I can find is that the modding tools haven't been released yet.
