A great quest line to repair Boston party by part and beginning to see people having a normal life again.It would not be that lore unfriendly when the reconstruction would only be allowed when the quest in that area are completed and when you`re part of the Institute (because of the technological advantages).It would be a mega project, but it would also be a dream coming true.
