Mad Max character and outfit request

I was wondering if anyone has plans to make(or has made) a mad max outfit or character that I can mod in the game. I've never played a fall out game but my friend said that there was a mod for a Mad Max model in Fall Out 3 or New Vegas. I love Mad Max and got the game solely to play a roleplay for it. I've go a similar looking outfit and made a similar looking character but I'd be willing to donate to a modder to make a great look for the Max Leathers and a better model than an ameteur like me can make. I wouldn't mind either the tom hardy or gibson max but would prefer the hardy one.
