Radio Station Mod: The Alligator Hour (from real-world show with Josh Homme)

This is an idea for a radio station I'd love to have added with some light in-game presence to play more rockabilly and blues rock. The best personality for this that comes to mind is Joshua Homme's Alligator Hour (linked show from Nov 4th).

 

I have no issue with finding a way to get the station shoehorned with existing audio in the game. I've learned enough tricks in my day job that I'm confident I could get some convincing lore-friendly audio files to make a convincing station. I've also modded some in the Elder Scrolls series for use in my videos, and don't feel I'll be completely out of the loop for whatever version of the creation kit we get in 2016. I don't intend for there to be a lot of in-game use, but the "faction?" Atom Cats will at least be tuning in if they're not directly related.

 

There's problems I don't specifically know how to address, such as the fact this is a show under the "beats" label with apple and may receive a cease and desist just for existing. There's no intention to profit in any way for this, but if anyone knows how to approach the parties I'd feel more comfortable than just making it in the dark for this community. Though I'll try like hell if I have to do that.

 

If that's impossible, finding a similarly strange-but-eccentric personality would also work, and be easier in the long run. But the allure of Josh Homme's hilarious show personality in the game is very strong.

 

For those who can't help with the above, I'd like to get some suggestions for music. I'll likely pull from what the show already plays, but if there's additional tunes in the genre and era worth noting I'll look for those. The Wanderer is of course in, it's part of the inspiration for getting some rock n' roll into the game with its own station. The Stooges also come to mind, plus Josh is always on about them so there's plenty of material for playing them.
