Few Suggestions

A few of my ideas are classic ones present in Fallout 3 already, others are things about the game I think could be changed.

1) Improved Settlement Lighting

I find the lights are way too dim and you have to clutter your settlements with lots of cables and lights just to brighten up the place

2) Increased Spawns

Would love to see difficulty to level actually make the game more difficult rather than just increasing numbers. Martigen's Monster Mod from Fallout 3 had a similar function with "Increased Spawns.esp" being ready to be used. To off-set the extra amount of enemies that could power level your character higher, you could deduct experience gained from that slightly depending on the multiplier used. So double the EXP, then take away 25% of the EXP earned from enemies to slow levelling, but not make it so the player has to fight more enemies for no extra reward.

3) No Companion Limit

I'm quite surprised someone hasn't quickly conjured this mod up. Would be an excellent mod to combine with the increased spawns.

4) Replayable Caravan Missions

I haven't fully fleshed out Fallout 4 myself yet but I've seen caravan guards and their pack brahmin travelling around and was hoping to see these as a side quest of some sort. After some googling I haven't seen any mention of this type of quest which was quite disappointing considering the opportunity.
