(the comprehension perk just lets you get ranks with his mod) his description was wrong, as it is still impossible even with the broken steel add on, a few stat increasing perks, all bobble heads and yews bear charm to max out all your stats. without skill book points youd need 700 or so skill points from leveling up, but with the broken steel add on and max intelligence you can only get 580. Even if you get the educated perk you'd still be short 100 points, I think this mod is really cool, but I kinda wanna max out my character.
