No experienced modder is going to sign up to a team lead by someone with no experience. If you want experienced people you need to tell what you can do to make a successful mod. Scripting is the most in demand skill, and we don't yet have any info on scripting for FO4 - that comes with the GECK that will not be out for a few months yet. Animation is another one.
