Cryolyptic
I've seen it mentioned a few times, but people seemed to want a complicated solution. Basically I just want to remove the part of the game that tells me "You can't build there".When you try to place an object, it will highlight red because the ground isn't flat or because Bethesda's crappy environment houses are in the way, which aren't considered actual objects so you cant delete them. I'd like to be able to place foundations in the ground to level the ground, rather than having to place them on top of the ground and raise the ground level. I'd like to be able to place flooring inside walls of game-buildings so i can build walls just outside of the game-building walls to cover them up. Or to place flooring anywhere inside a building, allowing me to add rooms as freely as i want without worrying about collision of pre-existing walls.to be able to make stuff like lofts and cubbies, or closets. To be able to make diagonal walls by fusing floor tiles together. The only thing really hindering me from being able to do that, is the arbitrary collision in build mode. Astral Nexus
Yeah I agree. The limitations the game is placing on ones ability to place objects / walls, etc, is extremely frustrating to me. There are some kind of crappy work arounds but they only work for some things and not at all for what I want, which is like you say, being able to clip stuff into terrain / existing buildings.
