Arandor
Would someone mind telling me what makes enchanted equipment only repairable by journeyman level armorer and what makes spell effectiveness work in the construction set? I have gone through all the game settings and searched all around the CS but I cant seem to find what makes these work. please help me out  I'm quite sure that the first one is hardcoded, and it seems as if the second one is so as well. Therefore editing these functions won't be possible, sorry.
elpiggo
Maybe you could script effects onto it, instead of a magic enchantment.
Vagrant0
Maybe you could script effects onto it, instead of a magic enchantment.Wouldn't exactly help any as there aren't many things you'd want to add to an ability, then have a script on that piece of equipment add/remove that ability. Also a bit complicated. Really, the only thing you could do is lower the skill gains needed for perks from 25, 50, 75 to 10, 25, 60 respectivly. As this will affect everything, you have the added benefit of using higher spells a bit sooner. This is controlled by one of the settings. Another alternative would be to just decrease the chances of weapons/armor being damaged. I mentioned all the ways this could be achieved in another topic somewhere, search is your friend.
