Xionith
then again at level 11 you'd probably get owned. Thats for sure... i just went inside some Ancestral Tomb (dunno were it was) and a huge ghost anilihated (sp?) me...
Malchik
You can certainly get the amulet of shadows at level 11. But if you don't want to get stuck with a journal entry that shows the quest as open remember to stay in the pond until the woman comes towards you with a dagger before you kill her. (That will only make sense when you do the quest.) Don't forget ghosts and other such creatures can only be killed with quality weapons.
Naerc
If you're willing to get corprus, and can run fast enough, stick your head inside Kogurhn. At a dead end in the lower sections there is two dead adventurers, both of them have some glass armour on them, and I'm sure that one of them had bracers and pauldrons, but as you said you're only on level 11. Also, there's a dead ordinator outside with a full set of Indoril Armour.

Jormundgand
Use the console to get the items. :whistling: If that seems like cheating, just drop the amount of gold the item would cost you on the floor. . If you feel really guilty for doing such a thing, drop double the amount of gold. Certainly made me feel better after using the console.... Rarely uses the console, but have happened once or twice. Especially when my Nord Bard/Archer runs out of arrows in the middle of nowhere. <_<
Naerc
The Stronghold is Kogruhn, it's ESE of Falasmaryon, almost due north of the crater at Red Mountain. It's one you have to go into for part of the main quest, given to you by the ashkhan of the Urshilaku. But I Don't recal finding any dead odinators inside. Malchik
There is one dead ordinator at Kogorhun but outside as Yazatus said. But this seems to have gone a long way off topic. Glass pauldrons is what we should be talking about. Further posts, if needed, on topic please.

Stormscape
glass armour? pishah! But if you really want it, I can tell you where some are.. give me a minute.Well, I glanced in the CS and the only instance of bracers in Orginal Morrowind (no expansions) is at the ghostgate. The leveleditems for glass armor do not contain bracers in the list. So brcers are almost as hard to get a Daedric Pauldrons.
