Hell, they already have smoking cigarettes that produce light as an item, so it's not like the modder would have to make a new item with a glowing tip and trailing smoke. In Light Up and Smoke Those Cigarettes, there was also empty cigarette packs and cartons that were automatically dropped. That would be neat again.
