That will probably require scripting, so I think we can't do it without Bethesda's utilities... It would be easy, scripting whise, when it's day time, fps = 6... Night time, fps = 30 or 40? A quick night!

Press the "~" key and type this in without the quotes " set timescale to XX" XX being a number . Default timescale is 16 I believe. I personally use 10 (the lower the value the longer the time in game) . Just know that setting it too low could have some negative effects like breaking some quests.

 

If you want night to go by quicker just wait in game or sleep. Problem solved.
