I have about 20 mods or so and I have been installing them manually so I can't really provide a list. The only one that I have installed that effects trees is the Trees Have Colorful Leaves mod http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/426/? I also have A Touch Of Green http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/377/? Anyone have any clue as to what might be causing it? Honestly I think it's awesome.
