Fallout4.ini [Camera] settings

I was making some edits to the Fallout4.ini to adjust the third person camera position and orientation. I did not get the results I wanted but did get some interesting results nonetheless. Apparently, I am editing the wrong settings, I guess. When I was trying to pan the camera, I ended up rotating it instead. I took screenshots to demonstrate what I mean. This is just to exemplify what I found, so for the screenshots, I only used one line:

fOverShoulderCombatPosZ=30.0000

I thought that this line would position the camera over my character's head with a weapon drawn, but it actually just rotated the camera such that my character and the camera were facing two different directions.

First of all, here is a baseline screenshot. Notice the position of my aiming dot on the top of the box aligned with the tree in the background.

Then I drew my weapon, and the camera rotated down. Notice that the character and the gun are still oriented toward the box, but the crosshair has drooped substantially. When firing, the bullets impact the crosshair rather than the box, which is actually a good thing, I guess. This actually creates a pretty comical scene where when I aim at the box, my character is pointing his gun up at the sky but still hitting the box.

And this is what happens when I zoom out. The crosshair has risen. You can't tell because it's a still image, not motion, but the camera actually seemed to swoop away and up, rather than straight back, as I zoomed out.

Finally, I didn't screenshot this last one, but the camera rotated upward as I walked or ran forward.

I messed around with a few settings, but the only line that produced the intended result was

fOverShoulderCombatAddY=0.0000

which did zoom straight in with a weapon drawn.

I just want to pan the camera and zoom it in and out. Does anyone happen to know which lines I should be using to do that without getting these funky results?

God damn !!! I'm having this same issue with the gun not lining up with the crosshairs and it's driving me insane !!!! I'm going to try to edit the Y right now !!!

Edit:

I changed all my values to this and it solved my angled gun !!!

fOverShoulderCombatAddY=0.0000
fOverShoulderCombatPosZ=0.0000
fOverShoulderCombatPosX=0.0000
fOverShoulderPosZ=0.0000

Not sure if you have 0 values for all those as well...

What I want to do is to zoom in closer without jumping into 1st person !!!

ever sense i downloaded tactical animation mod, i have been having these serious camera angle issues, i really wish the modder fishes all of that, but instead i have to tweak the damn thing myself without any help from YouTube videos about it, ahhh! ‍♂️..i really wish someone make another tactical mod similar to the mod that im currently using

im doing all i can to solve this without happening to uninstall the freaking mod, any clue on how to do this i need to understand what camera setting actually does so i can fix it myself
