better sorting of modded weapons/armor

I think a mod that could change the way modded weapons and armor are sorted in your inventory or storage would be extremely helpful. Here's an example of what I mean, I'm handing out weapons to my settlers, I want to give someone a combat shotgun. That should be grouped alphabetically in C's, but since it's now a recoil compensated advanced combat shotgun, it's in the R's with other Recoil compensated weapons. That's fine when you remember what you put on your item, but I think it would be more useful as Combat Shotgun, Recoil Compensated Advanced.
