JarlBrogruf
None of the city mods are worth the performance drop you get from them because its simply just decoration that doesn't replace the lack of content vanilla skyrim settlements have. Anyone have a mod they have installed that adds a building to a town that adds actual content? Like a job or loot or story or exploration or lore? DigitalVixen
Not entirely what you ask for, but you could check out http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/65013/? - it adds quite a bit of life to the people of Whiterun and other places. Theres no real content to be found in these city expansion mods, they're a mile wide and an inch deep content wise and only really serve to improve screenshots since they provide no real gameplay enhancement like additional quests or stories. Something like Interesting NPCs as part of a city expansion mod would be the ideal "city expansion" with a few small quests here and there to actually give the towns and cities content. Something like an Imperial Fighters/Mages Guild implementation is something that would add real content to a city expansion mod. Winterhold Rebuild and Legacy of the Dragonborn are good examples of a "city expansion" mods that add actual content versus shallow decoration like JKs series and Enhanced Towns and Cities. I already have Immersive Citizens installed fyi, its a very good mod but its not what I was talking about.
