Playable Harmonica

I don't know if this is possible, but i've seen playable instruments in Oblivion and Skyrim.
Anyways, i'd like to have the Harmonica turned into a playable instrument, i cant do it myself as i am no modder and i believe i'd pretty much blow the game up.
