Prydwen doesn't load

Okay so I got some really screwed up glitch, (dont read if you didn't finish the game might contain spoilers)

I'm on my 2nd playthru and I was thinking to side with Railroad after playin a lot of missions for Minuteman and so on; problem is I decided to finish the main questline and I'm stuck on Red Rocklet Glare quest, because after flying with Ventibird to Prywden the frickin heli will glitch out and just walk on a straight path thru terrain after it reaches Boston airport; so I decided to go on foot on airport and see what was going on, because I couldn't see Prydwen when flying there either; I got there (used tcl to move in air where the ship supposed to be) and surprise the whole ship isn't there, single thing that loads is some barrel and some light bulb, which yes they float in air there awkwardly.
I don't really remember not being able to see the ship on first playthrough (was the institute tho and I don't really remember if it was in air or not)
Don't think there's any problem because of my computer can run whole game at constant 55-60 fps with all settings on maximum.
I guess the ventibird flies thru terrain and doesn't get the next stage of the quest because the whole Prydwen doesn't load and isn't there; I tried going to Fort Hagen thru garage door, then go up with the elevator on the roof (like some guys found a solution for Prydwen disappearing, but for me the metalic door was working and ofc it did not fix the ship)
I'm out of ideas, I tried using console commands to skip that quest's step, but apparently I can't go further at all because the damn Prydwen doesn't load.
I even went back to a save during Reunions and re played it, got outside using the roof, and looked after the damn ship and the script seems is not triggering for me, I can't see Prydwen flyin over the building, and if I go at airport later on I can't see it either; on first playthrough I didn't notice that because I didn't interact with it at all, so I guess single way to finish the game is Institute way?

Any solutions for this glitch or I will have to wait for a next patch to fix it up? (yes I have v1.1.30 installed just in case)
