Total Noob: Making Makeup Textures Available To Both Genders?

I'd like to have the same makeup options for males that females have, obviously ideally I'd just find a way to edit a few lines of code so that that menu shows up for both, but if I have to replace for example the war paint options to do that, I will, but I can't seem to find any tutorials on how to do that.

Male & female are sexes not genders.

Anyways, More hairstyles for male already lets you use female assets on males so I guess you can look at how he did and import the rest.
