Fallout 4 dodgeing

Will someone be kind enough to make a dodging mod for fallout 4?

 

I guess it'll be some-what similar to this.

The games melee doesn't necessarily impress me, so adding this would at least add a tiny bit of flavor to melee.

Also, not too worried about it, but pls add to where we can look down and see our legs, or body, etc. just to add to immersion.
