Simple, if not dumb, mod request (possibly!)

I'm sort of blanking so can't think of how to better search to see if something like this exists, or if it can even be as simple as changing something in an ini, but I'm looking to change the color of certain HUD/UI aspects that show up as pale red - hostiles, your radiation bar, etc. Mostly because trying to use a red coloring in the HUD or Pip-Boy makes this a real pain, or if not look outright silly.

 

So if nobody knows of a mod that does this, or if this can be done in a more simple/effective way, any desire for someone to work on a mod like this?
