Loading screen - Greeen Lore cards

I have this phenomenon where after a while the game is running, during loading screen the lore cards (the 3d in game object you can rotate) will appear all green as if missing the texture. Anyone else is happening this?

Yea sometimes the loading screen wont call the DDS map. It really isn't a problem but if you have used B.A.E to unpack all the BA2 files in the same directory as your Fallout 4/Data you will get that quiet often.

seems this happens when you get second level of scrapper perk

Im playing with the controller and pressing x makes it green for what purpose I don't know but pressing it again makes it go back to normal, so I believe its not a bug, you just need to find what button it is on keyboard.
