securegm1
Hey, anyone knows if there is a ini setting, console command or mod that changes (doubles) time of xp/quest popouts. Now in combat i cant even check xp I got for killing enemies unless I look in the right spot before shooting. Clearly those where optimized for 30fps and left forgotten in case of 60fps :/
Zenotep
Well man, I am with you, in complete bewilderment before the apparent silence of the entire internet about that sizable annoyance in FO4. It may have to do with the fact we are playing a console game barely adapted to PC. As I understand, if you get rid of the cap at 30fps, the animations and pop-ups run faster in proportion. So the silence is maybe because only Bethesda can solve that issue, but as they seem to despise the PC market, I doubt they will.On the other hand, that kind of things are typically set in .ini files... Any news would be welcome though. This thread is the only I found... Edited January 31, 2016 by Zenotep
DwellerBenthos
There is this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4106/? that creates a dialog box you have to dismiss when a settlement is under attack, instead of the small top left notice that you normally get. Not sure if that's what you're looking for, but there it is.
