This may not be possible to do, regardless, if there is someone knowledgeable enough about how the game files work, it'd be a very welcome mod to have. So, more than anything, this is a performance increasing mod, no doubt.As some may or may not know, the game is actually relatively stable in exterior and some interior locations, however, there are many locations where there's a lot of smoke effects. This smoke, that's lingering in the air, catches light and is causing lower-end systems, like mine to have a very hard time rendering it all. From having relatively stable 40-50 frames in exterior, I get a drop of about 20 frames in these interior locations.Some locations: Vault 111, Vault 75, Corvega Station - those are the ones I've encountered so far. Now, I did find that you can "kill" this smoke by entering the console, selecting an area (in this case the smoke) and typing "disable". However it only applies to that one cloud and in order to rid a room from this cloudy mess, you'd have to repeat the process about 20-30 or even more times. Even then, it's only one room. I just wish to hear some thoughts about this, wether this is possible at all and if it is, then if there is any brave soul to create such a mod.
