Heavy Plasma from XCOM for F4

Hello everyone. We all know there're Minigun and Gatling Laser in F4, but the game lacks a similar plasma weapon. Since I truly loved the design of Heavy Plasma in the XCOM: Enemy Unknown/Enemy Within (http://xcom.wikia.com/wiki/Heavy_Plasma_(weapon)), I request a port of that precious piece of technology in F4. It should use Fusion Core since it's a heavy weapon, but it might be not lore-friendly, so it may use the Plasma Cartridges as well.

 

The characteristics (without mods) should be the following, I assume:

Damage: 45-65

Rate of fire (rounds per minute): 800-1200

Accuracy: 65-85

Weight (pounds): 33

Range: 120-150 (it's a plasma weapon, not a laser; the plasma balls should not exist for long and will fade not very far away)

Value: 1000-1500 caps

 

Hope we'll get the GECK or any other modding resourse soon and, as we do, I hope this mod will be created not long afterwards.
