camoway
As a huge shadowrun fan, i thought there cybernetic enhancement system would work GREAT with fallout 4. you have to introduce a new stat call essence. which indicates how much of you is human so a normal guy no cybernetics would be 100% and each mod costs essence. as well as over 50% cybernetic would require you to have a fusion core. with much less drain then power armor I really really want cybernetic without it being too OP. ie: wire reflexes level 1,2,3 - increases agility by 3-5-7 costing 20% 35% 50% essence ie: dermal plates level 1,2,3 - adds armor rating of 20, 40, 60 with a cost of 7% 14% 23% ie: enhanced targeting system 1,2,3,- increases vats accuracy by 5% 10% 20% essence cost of %5-%8-%15 ie: robotic legs 1,2,3 increasing movement speed , and taking away stamina drain replacing for fusion core at a much much less taxing drain then power armor. ie: cybernetic eyes 1, 2, 3, thermal vision, image zoom , targeting system assists. ie: predator style shoulder cannon level 1,2,3 ie: ion drive flying jumping "ironman flying jumping" as well as cybernetically enhanced enemies!!! Flowerguy360
The original Fallout games had options such as these (and I think FO3 did, too, to a lesser degree), where you could go and pay caps to have a SPECIAL stat increased (and in the first games it offered Perks, if I recall correctly - which would be better). If this were implemented again (and I am not against it), I would like to see some sort of aesthetic added to reflect the cybernetic changes made to your appearance. This is something that was missing in the last game wherein it was available. I am, however, against doing anything even remotely related to Shadowrun. This is Fallout. (And as an aside, Essence has to do with magic casting abilities, as the more tech you implant the less "human" you become. Again; not a Fallout trait.) **SPOILER** I have not found the Institute yet, but I am hopeful that the game allows me to recycle Kellogg's spare parts... ^_^
GSmog
I agree essence has nothing to do with fallout since there is no "magic" I have not found the Institute yet, but I am hopeful that the game allows me to recycle Kellogg's spare parts... ^_^Me too :)
