Linking crafting station inventory

So, this is more of a question as opposed to a request:

Is there a way, through the console, to link a placeatmed crafting station's inventory to the main workshop?

I'm asking because I placed the (imo) better looking Power Armor Station (0013BD08 in case you're wondering) in my garage, but when I tried using it I found that it's inventory was treated as separate from the other things in range. That means all the junk I've collected can't be used, and I have to manually place raw material or mods in it's inventory to be able to use it.

I tried looking up how the settlement expansion (sic) mods add objects to the list, but I don't really get it. And anyway, those only add furniture/decorations and containers that are by nature stand-alone.

I tried to scour the different commands/vars/etc. I could look up with the help command, but my console-fu has failed me...

If anyone has any idea how I should go about it, or hell if they can just cobble together a quick .esp that adds the better PA Station to the building interface, I offer my sincere gratitude.

OP, did you ever find a solution to this issue?

I know this is an old post but you are literally the ONLY one I have been able to find in an hours worth of searching that even mentions this issue.

Thing is, I was pretty sure the PA Station was linked for me before, I never had to go grab extra materials from the WB just to repair my Power Armor.

Just noticed tonight though that when I enter the PA Station mode most of my materials, that I have verified are in my Work Bench, simply are NOT available to use, It's extremely odd.

I've tried building a new PA Station, no difference.

I can go grab a bunch of materials and then go into the PA Station and use them that way, but it's kind of a PITA especially when I never had to do this before.

More experimenting last night and I found a fix, at least in my case.

For me the problem wasn't the Power Armor Repair\Crafting Station.

I tried a couple different PA Stations, my other PA frames, other PA pieces both X-01 and T-60 and narrowed it down to the Power Armor Frame itself.

I have been running lapdragon's:

Buildable Power Armor Frames ( http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6698 )

Cell Reset Workaround Patch ( http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6772 )

for a month now and they've worked beautifully. I doubt this is what caused the issue but it reminded me of the CR Bug. I highly recommend these mods though. If you haven't been hit with the cell reset bug yet, read up on it and INSTALL this fix, you will be happy you did, trust me.

What I did find though is all the frames that I "recreated" using lapdragon's mod, those are FINE.

The one frame I actually purchased in Diamond City, the one that would no longer let me craft on it, THAT was the problem frame.

Once stripped it, scrapped it and put the X-01 parts on a spare frame it's totally fine now. Weird bug.

Hopefully this helps someone else
