lionheart2243 Posted November 21, 2015 Share Posted November 21, 2015 Hey all, Something that bugs the hell out of me with Fallout 4 is there does not seem to be any way to mark any armor as your favorite without it taking up a favorite slot. I don't want to mark it so I can easily equip it, I want to mark it so I don't sell it! When I go to sell stuff, I put on my Charisma gear so my main armor is no longer marked at that point, and it can be easy to accidentally sell it. I would love if someone made a mod that can be used to simply add any icon or indicator to armor so that we know not to sell it when it is not equipped. Sure, for most things you can rename them at workbenches to include a symbol or formatting (via <u>, <i>, <b>) in their name, but for some items, once you do that you lose a significant number of name characters, and have to come up with something new and shorter to call it. Also, related I spose, is it possible somehow to change an items name back to default after giving it a custom name? For instance my first pipe rifle I heavily modified I dont need anymore so I intended to change the items name back but I couldnt figure out how. Rocopherus Posted November 22, 2015 Share Posted November 22, 2015 Not perfect but if you rename a piece of armor to whatever you want but prefix with '-' it will appear at the top of your pip-boy. So for example: http://i.imgur.com/u2Hd3cZ.jpg?1 Here you can see I've renamed my amour pieces to appear at the top of my lists. Again not perfect put functional for the time being.
