Can anyone make the Gondor's and Rohan's armor sets?

You know like the Gondor Ranger armor that was abailable al Morrowind

 

And if you have a lot of free time you could also make the Elves' armor of the battle at Dagorland and of Helm's Depp

If i had a nickel for everytime somebody requested this i would be rich. As far as i kno, noone has done that its a great idea, but nobody seems to care. :D

And if a modeler had those nickels, there might be an armor set by now.

I'm trying to make the Gondorian Armor, but I have trouble finding a tutorial to make new armor.

This is being made. I can't paste the link, as I am at work on a proxy server, but search the Bethesda Oblivion Mod forum for gondorian armor.
