Custom Localization Fix won't work?

I've downloaded some mods that needed Localization for text in the main menu.

 

Problem is, it will just have problems with compiling the script

 

I'm currently in V 1.08.2, Why? because our internet here has an download limit of 5gb and our download speed is only 300kbps

 

i have tried using the older versions, but it will still have problems compiling the scripts

 

so what am i doing wrong? any fixes?
