ukoa Posted November 22, 2015 Author Share Posted November 22, 2015 Found it.Open console and select the NPC you want to have more caps with your mouse.Type - Additem 0000000f 5000 or however many caps you want them to have.Now sell all your crap without having to find more vendors.
