  • 2 weeks later...

Iam using Nexus Mod Manager 0.61.2 - Fallout4. Iam loading:

Fallout4.esm

Homemaker.esm

More armor slots.esp

Safe SSEx.esp

Homemaker - SSEx Compatibilitly.esp

Homemaker - Unlocked Institute Objects.esp

------

I have modified the file FALLOUT4.ini >>>>>>>>>>> sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\

I launch the program from the Nexus Mod Manager. . All boxes remain checkd . . . NMM remains active on screen . . .

------

None of the plugins work - no texture change, no extra stuff to build with, no effect on clothing slots for armor!

How do I make this work? This is my first mod

Having the same problem, I edit both my ini like the intrusion states, all the esp files enable, then when I start my game up, none of the mods showing and when I close my game and reopen Nexus mod manager, all the esp not enable, fix please.

Try:

1. After you've made changes, delete "*.....Patch.esp"(whatever name it has) file, then close NMM(exit the NMM). Goto MyDocuments->MyGames->Fallout4 folder, delete NMM's *.dat files. Then run NMM again, it would create a new ....Patch.esp file, tick it on(activate), then close(exit) NMM (while exitting program automatically creates and saves any changes into its new *...dat file). Now you can normally start NMM and run the game and see if ya changes work or don't.

2. Concerning Texture changes, any texture file has the original address input, while created by 3DMax, so the game engine could refer the path what kind of texture should be used and displayed while running the game. So game will use my custom texture if it has the same name as original one, and if it is in the same folder as original one(sure if you made changes in correct way as usually do Pros!)

I do have the very same problems here.
texture mods and so on aren't working, soooometimes an easy mod like some internal pip boy mods for sorting your stuff are working but that's it.

I'll try those 2 solutions out and reply here.

Thanks for your help though.

Edit: i've searched through the path but there is no nnm dat. file

I also installed and deinstalled about 50 mods now.
