Wrong Aggressive Initiations

Don't know if it is the cause of the NMM or simply an issue of the esp files... but somehow the game got pretty weird while installing adjustment mods (no generator sound, craftable ammo, powersuit adjustment, etc).

The whole meta acts weird. Some small village, for example, where you have to do a test to prove that you ain't a synth and getting allow to pass into, somewhat called Coverty Converty or whatever, doing the quest there, helping a merc who needs to find at least one member of a missing trading caravan... following him to the tunnles: gets aggressiv with the following words "you just have had to rescue one!", seems bugged.
Encountering Gene, the dog seller: charisma is lv 10, won't sell his dog on insta. Never met him before, tho.
Another random encounter, Art, the regular and synth version, both aggressive against each other AND the player, while I was just staying there and kept watching who was going to die first.

So it is pretty weird atm. Have had to restart a whole new game...
Keep in mind guys, do backup your savegame for this game... irreparable bugs will occur.

Edit: Might be a wrong quest script sides of Bethesda. Even a fresh lite modded gameplay (usual texture mods) seems to bug out the game entirely on those places.
Covenant (got it right this time) is still bugged. Honest Dan will be hostile after entering the sewers, the guards will be hostile as well (tho the major said that they will be warned about me, so I can deal with them about the price and blah), yet rescuing the girl from its prison, getting back to covenant and noticing that every one is hostile EXCEPT the turrents and Mr. Limonade for Free (once a day and person ...).

 

Anyone else faced this issue, yet?
