Unable to load the game after installing latest NMM

I've been playing for quite a while with a few mods manually loaded, everything has been fine. I installed the latest NMM with FO4 support... now, nothing. I can't load a save game, I can't start a new game, I just get the infinite load screen, if it even attempts to start loading. I removed all mods, still the same. I reinstalled the game completely, still nothing. I even went so far as to completely reset the ini files, still nothing. Should I uninstall NMM? Does anyone have any thoughts? At the very least, how do I completely remove all NMM content for FO4 (like the virtual directories and such), to see if that resolves it. (I don't want to completely remove NMM as I have a LOT of mods loaded for skyrim)

First: if you run FO4 without starting the mod manager, NMM won´t be the problem if something goes wrong, because NMM can´t interfere, when not running.

 

You wrote, you have reinstalled and also reset the ini´s. Every ini? FO4 stores the configs in serveral folders.

 

First of all: Gamefolder

Second: C:\Users\Username\Documents\My Games\Fallout4

AND: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Fallout4

 

For a clean deinstall, you have to remove them all, because all of them they can cause your problem.

If i had to guess: The files in Appdata may be your main problem.

%localappdata%\Fallout4 ini files were defaulted as well. I've tried everything I can think of :(
