Right, the Fallout 4 modding community is still small but it sure is growing every day. But there are these impatient ones like me who just wish to see new things and some small tweaks in the game and too lazy to learn how to do it by ourselves  But I have some bigger things in mind as well.

Let's get down to it, small and bigger modifications, as I said, but would love to see them, I'll add reasons too:

1. Geiger Meter volume raise.

Similar to "Louder rainy sound", I already mentioned this in the comments of that mod. I really thought it was much louder and sounded more active in previous games. Now you wouldn't even notice you were getting rads if not for the visual interface. So, if the radiation meter's volume was raised, it'd be sweet. The sound is important for immersion.

2. NPCs won't talk to you unless you talk to them. "Disable the greetings".

This was in Skyrim, as "No NPC Greetings". And as the mod says "For me, one of the most frustrating things in Skyrim is having an unrelated NPC speaking over the top of an important speech, just because they walked past you and decided to tell you about themselves." I can completely relate to that since it still keeps happening in Fallout 4! And this leads to the third request...

3. Fewer forced quests.

The first few hours of my playthrough was my journal being absolutely BOMBED with quests when I just wanted to take it easy and do the quests in the pace and the order as I saw fit. This also was in Skyrim, as "The Choice is Yours - Fewer Forced Quests - Improved Dialogue Options". You always hate it when you're a serious roleplayer and you're forced to help some guy out even though you specifically said NO.

4. Alternate Start.

One of my favorite types from Fallout 3, NV and Skyrim. Another for roleplayers. You don't want to go through the intro everytime you create a new character for many reasons,

the awesome intro wears out, you want to get straight in the action, or you're roleplaying and you don't want to start as the person who was in cryosleep for 2 centuries, had his wife/husband killed and son kidnapped. Maybe you want to be someone entirely else in the Commonwealth, with different starting setting and location. You could disable the main storyline or you could just make it so the player can go to the Sanctuary to start it anytime they wish.

As to how to do the character creation sequence if you're not the guy in 2077 staring at the mirror with your wife/husband, use your imagination  I'm betting this is a serious one for all hardcore roleplayers out there.

I don't know if I need to put references but I'll do it anyway, for each of the 3 games I've used this type of mod for. Fallout 3, New Vegas, Skyrim or another for Skyrim.

Thanks for bothering and ask if you've any questions!

Also comment if any of these suggestions peeked your interest even a little bit.

How about a recreation of the Familiar Faces mod from Skyrim that basically allowed you to bring your characters from other saves to the current save and allows you to either make them your companion or enemy, making the game feel more like one universe! That would be amazing since I got a bunch of characters that I feel should have a more connected backstory.
