Cause i already found Perception hehe I know it's cheating really but i feel like i've been swindled out of a point now :DI have also been cheated out of a point in perception. There must be a way to get to 11... if the bobbleheads can do it, then someone will probably figure it out. you can get it to 11 with the console, if you don't mind cheating slightly. I don't really consider it cheating, cause i would have been able to get it to 11 if i hadn't picked up the bobblehead too soon :smile: I assume player.setav? It will work past 10 and stick? In order to maintain the correct number of level/perk points I suppose you'd have to set yourself back to 9, spend the point to 10, then set youtself to 11.
